Unlike many Marco Island vacation rentals this is not a ‘rental unit’ but a home – your personal Marco Island resort.

Situated in a sought after neighborhood within a ten minute walk of fabulous Tigertail Beach and in a quiet cul de sac this home has everything you need for your Marco Island vacation. The extra wide waterway behind the house ensures your privacy and the large dock is a feature which will provide another dimension to your stay. Within easy walking distance are The Esplanade with its shops, restaurants and marina and the supermaket and shops at Marco Towne Center.

This lovely three bedroom/two bathroom Marco Island home has high volume ceilings throughout the living area and a “split” floor-plan with the master suite on one side of the home and two bedrooms on the other which works extremely well for couples or multi generation combinations. The comfortable lounge has sliding doors opening onto the lanai, TV and entertainment center. There is a formal dining room and a breakfast area and the recently re-modeled kitchen is fully equipped, has granite counter tops and breakfast bar.  Almost all rooms have a view of the water.

The large master bedroom has a king size bed and sliding doors opening onto the screened lanai. The en-suite bathroom has a tub, separate shower enclosure and twin vanities.

The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom which has a shower enclosure, tub with shower over and large single vanity. It also has a door onto the pool deck for easy changing.

But no Marco Island vacation rental would be complete without taking advantage of the outdoor life. The desirable southern exposure ensures maximum sun on the pool deck during the winter months whilst the lanai provides shade at all times of the year. The lanai with its oversized gas-grill and beautiful eating area overlooking the fully screened, solar heated swimming pool is the perfect place to take all your meals. Want to watch the dolphins swim by or see the occasional manatee? Our large dock, something not available in all Marco Island homes, is the place to be. It’s a special location for sunbathing, fishing, enjoying cocktails at sunset, or just soaking up the ambiance of beautiful Marco Island.

Monthly rentals are available and will be subject to discount.

All Florida vacation rentals are subject to tax of 10%.

There is a one time fee of $150 for professional cleaning.
